california i would like to know if a person can sue a corporation? i heard that you could'nt so how do you get justice from them? corp has been falsefiying records and interfering with a court support order
Of course you can sue a corporation. Anyone can.
You hire a good attorney to file suit against the coproration entity AND naming the officers and board of directors personally and indivdually.
The Court will allow "piercing of the corporate veil" in fraud and similar cases.
