5 months ago I purchased a new van in the state of Louisianna. About a month ago I started to have mechanical problems, specifically my van won't start; the van does 'turn over' - it just wont start. Right now my van is at the dealership waiting to be repaired for the FOURTH TIME, for the same problem. I am moving to North Carolina in less than 2 weeks from now, how do I go about processing my rights in regards to the Lemon Law outside of the state I purchased the van?
