my boyfriend and a partner are building a
duplex. they are almost finished. his
partner got mad and he has the checkbook
and money in his name only. so we cant
get money to finish the duplex. my boyfriend
has his house up as collateral. we rented
the duplex with the leases in the company
name. his partner says one side should be in
his name and he should get the rent money. we cant trust him to make his half of the loan payment if he gets this money, he says if we don't do this he will move in so the renter can. what can ew do
