I own a business. We have offices in Alabama and Tennessee. Been in business 6 years. We (broker) buy paper materials from collectors and businesses that consider these materials unusable and sell tem to end-users/processors across US.

It was recently brought to my attention that one of our largest end-users, who we have been doing business with for 4 years, has contacted one of our suppliers directly. The end-user knows that the supplier is ours. The goal of the end-user here obvioulsy is to circumvent my company and save money. We have always had a "gentleman's agreement" with the end-user regarding this issue.

Do we have any possible legal recourse?

Thank-you!
