bank removing corporate officer

I am listed as the only director on our Corp. My husband is listed as a shareholder. We both own 50% of common stock. He was able to take meeting minutes to the bank and had me removed from the business account without my knowledge. Bank employee removed me without my signature or knowledge of the meeting. She was fired after I complained to the bank. What recourse do I have against the bank?
