I gave my mother temporary guardianship of my son, due to his medical needs, a couple of years ago. I have been living about 2 miles from them and visit him all the time. So, I am actively involved with him. I now have a good job, that offers excelent medical coverage. And want him to come home with me.

The form that I signed was a Power of Attorny/guardianship form that needed to be notarized. Will there be any legal problems if I want him back. My mother wants to fight me for him, because she says she has custody of him. However, I never signed custody over to her. Is this possible?
