My business partner walked out on the business. His only contribution were the clients he brought to the table. We never signed a partnership agreement. His name is listed on the incorporation documents as President. I am listed as the Vice President. Is there any way I can legally prevent him from having any interest in the business? Do I need to dissolve the corporation and form a new one? His name is also listed on the bank account. Please advise.

Thank you.
