I am married 5 years now and my husband had an affair about 8 months ago. When I found out I was pregnant with my 3rd baby, I called the girl thinking that she would just leave us alone since my husband was not interested with her anymore. She still calls and bothers us after my husband ended their affair and because of this, I was all stressed out and lost my unborn baby.
I heard that some other state has a law about 3rd party involved in a marriage. I am interested if there is one here in Washington state. If not, what can I do to make her pay for what she did to us ?
I am really desparate ... need your help ASAP. Thank you.
