What kind of liability am I open to if I provide OTC medication to my employees for free?????

Don't do it unless you are an MD, would examine and diagnose your employees as patients due to patient history alergies etc., the OTC supplier allows it if free samples etc. If you are not an MD, do not do it unless your corporate attorney advises you it is ok and employees sign an indemnification and hold harmless letter.
