I was sentenced in federal court to two years for bank fraud. The amount I was sentenced under was $134,000.00.
After I was sentenced (2 months later),
I discovered I was sentenced under the wrong guidlines. The bank documents show it to be much less then what the fed's thought and convicted me under. I am trying to find out if this would quilify for a pardon or appeal. Please help.

Ask your lawyer, or a legal aid lawyer, to seek resentencing. They should have caught this. A pardon is highly unlikely.
