Hello, my name is Davina. My husband went to put himself on calendar for a misdemenor court date he missed. Well he was told there was another warrant for manufacturing meth.He then put himself on calendar for both of these warrants. The meth warrant hasnt even hit the systems yet and for that reason we have no idea what kind of bail would be set??? Or if because he put himself on calendar before being arrested for this matter will there be some slack the judge might cut him. Do you think he'll be remanded into custody until bail is set and posted. If so why?? Does the court recognize when people try to do the right thing?

While a judge might give him some benefit of the doubt, especially if ihis story is well presented, his past record won't help, and multiple matters never help. If you can't afford to hire counsel, has he asked for a court appointed lawyer to help? He'll get a much better arrangement if someone who knows what she or he is doing will present the facts for him.
