I live in Texas & I have a mentally challenged sister in Louisiana. I want to legally apply for guardianship over her. She is receiving our fathers retirement as a means of support. I have discovered that she has been giving her money away to someone she met on the internet. This person is manipulationing her every move & I am afraid for her safety due to her limited capabilities. This other person lives in another state & has taken her to her home & when her money is gone, she puts her on a bus back home. What can I do to protect her?
