my friend is on felony probation for cutting down a utility pole a couple of years ago. he was put on probation, some of the terms of that probation are weekly anger management classes and community service. he also has something he calls a freedom payment, although i don't know much about that. he is concerned that because he has missed some classes, and hasnt fulfilled his community service requirements that his probation officer is going to revoke his probation. he has stayed out of trouble, and has had no further problems with the law. he has been making his payments. under these circumstances, what actions do u believe the probation officer will take? he is concerned that if revoked, he would have to serve his suspended sentence, which was 5 years.any immediate attention u can give this question will greatly be appreciated. thank you

Usually when a person on probation, felony or misdemeanor does not do all of the required services as ordered by the court is subject to arrest for Violation of Probation, and can be sent to prison or jail to serve the original terms set by the court.
