My grandmother gave me her wedding rings to give to my future bride.

My future bride and I have nothing of real value to be brought into the marraige, no unknonwn debts or assets that would require or necessitate a prenup, but I would like to have an agreement providing for the rings to be returned to me in the event of divorce or separation.

Would an agreement for just the rings, signed by both parties, in front of a notary and filed with the court be valid, without going through the lengthy, 17-page prenup form?

Also, with which court should is the agreement be filed (State of Montana)?
