Twelve years ago, when I was 19, I was convicted of two drug-related felonies in a court martial. I received a Bad Conduct Discharge and 3 months of confinement. I was not told of any long term consequences such as loss of right to vote or own a gun. I can't seem to find any information that would make it clear what further consequences came of my convictions. Can anyone out there help me?

Have you written to the Army Judge Advocate General's Corps and asked? You might also ask if there would be any way to get the conviction removed from your record, if you have had a good record since, or a pardon.
