I previously had 2 dui's about 12 yrs ago and was wondering if my ex wife could use this against me for child custody?

jhall,
The old saying all is fair in love and war does come into play in custody battles. I am going through one right now. I really don't think it could have much bearing on the the case since it happened so long ago and if you have paid all resitution and fines. Just stay clean and don't let it worry you. Most of the time ex-spouse's tend to do more bluffing than anything else. The court will be more concerned with how you are living your life now. Good luck!
