If a person felt a law or set of laws were unconstitutional, how would one follow....get matter before U.S. Supreme? Do you have to go through state supreme and graduate up or is there any other avenue...quicker, such as through congressmen,senators...that could expedite path to case being heard? Issue is not just my case but involving many with questionability if laws applied to them are not in fact a violation of some rights. Other than U.S. Supreme, are there any other avenues to use that can result in change of laws?
