my husband has been trying to get a paternity test done and has taken the mother to court,in texas, but she has had her lawyer show up for her therefore getting out of a paternity test. she has demanded he give up parental rights. he has signed the affadavit and now she has moved without a forwarding address and has not signed papers. he is military and has given up the id card, after 5 months by mail, but has continued to use the medical benefits. we have no idea where the child is or his how he is. it has been almost 2 months since she moved and was court ordered to give an address. he does pay child support even though he is sure it is not his. our lawyer is working on it, but this has been since may 23 of this year. we are now in tn and it is hard to get things done. what can we do since visitation was court ordered and we have been denied from the start. she has been able to work the system to her advantage. this is fustrating and we are feed up. what can we do to find her and do what needs to be done.
