Is my lawyer able to see the information in my police report. My lawyer tells me he cannot see it. I did not realize that lies were put in the report until I was told by the Pre-sentence investigator 11/9/99 I asked the law office on 11/9/99 and my sentence hearing is 11/22/99. Had I known this information I would have not pleaded guilty.

thanks for your help

Well, police reports are the property of the police and I'm not surprised they do not want to share it with a defense attorney. Talk to your attorney about these "lies" in the PSR and see what he suggests to bring them to the attention of the judge.
