I live in NJ, and I have been issued a subpoena for a deposition in a divorce where I have been named in a counter claim for Adultery.
1. What are my rights in regards to the subpoena?
2. Do I have to show-up and can I take the Fifth Amendment?
3. What is a Quash, and how do I exercise a quash?
