My son who is 19 has been seeing a 15 year old girl. Apparently he had picked her up before school and she was skipping school to be with him. On friday, he was approached by a state trooper and asked to follow him to the state troopers barracks where he was questioned. He was asked to return later that day and was fingerprinted and mugshot taken, and was given a court appearance ticket for monday night (not enough time to get a lawyer). What kind of lawyer should we be seeking?

You can either hire a criminal defense attorney or get appointed counsel through the court (usually a public defender). This website has the names of attorneys you might want to contact.
