I was charged / arrested for Misdemanor, the charge was reduced to Violation & i was given 1 year conditional discharge with $ 200 fine.
The case is sealed off persuent to section 160.55 (termination of criminal proceding againsts person due to conviction for noncriminal offence) NY state.

Do I have criminal record ?
Will I have arrest/ police record ?
Will I have FBI record ?

If the case is sealed off what type of records are available to the public ?

Please help me get specific answers to these questions.

Thankyou very much in advance for your kind help.

If you had an attorney represent you in this case these are questions better addressed to him. I'm not familiar with the NY statute you cited. Typically when a case is sealed it means it is not disclosed to anyone (either at the federal or local level). But as to whether there is an arrest or FBI record I can't tell based on the facts you told me. You might have your record run at the local police dept and see what their computer turns up.
