marijuana and the dealer

I was recently arrested for possesion of marijuana and now and concerned if the judge will ask where it came from. Am i legally entitled to tell the courts?

A defendant is not required to incriminate himself in any criminal proceeding; that said, it is possible that you will get a better deal or harsher punishment if you talk (don't talk) to the DA or judge about where you got the stuff.
