I spent 5years on fist ofenders prbation witch I compleated and was discharged.
My order of discharge said I was exonerated
of any crimanal charge.
My qustion is if have to disclose any of this
info. to the Army if I inlist. If I do could
it be used keep me from joining.

I don't know what "exonerated" means in legalese. Did the court order your record be sealed or expunged? If yes, then you shouldn't have to disclose it; if no, the court might have just meant that you fulfilled your obligations and that would mean you have to disclose your record to the military. Ask the court clerk for a copy of the final judgment entered against you.
