my father in arkansas recently turned 65, is disabled and has recently had a stroke that has disabled him further. up to now, his oldest son (approx 40 years old) has been incurring credit card debts in his fathers name (over $11k that we know of). this oldest son says that because of a bancruptcy he filed several years ago, that he doesn't good enough credit. Is there anyway to recover this debt he has incurred? Or possibly a way to transfer this debt from the fathers name to the useless sons name?

This same useless son also owes his father an additional 3k for a down payment on a home that the father was kind enough to give. being as there were no signed docs on this $3k loan, is ther any way to recover it as well?

Thanks,
