Facts: Divorce couple go to court in 1 country; man is taken out of court room & trial continues w/ no lawyer to represent him. Wife is awarded half of his retirement and his auto. He is set free and in anger he beaks the winshield and slashs the tires of said car. He is arrested; while waiting to go to court, judge modifies the divorce & awards him back the car, stating he (the judge) over stepped his bounds; the car has since been sold by his ex; Seeing that this incident took place in another County, he is now facing a court order to appear in court for his actions. That judge sentences him to 3 years in prison for damage to car. My question is...if he was awarded back the car and the first judge admitted to over stepping his bounderiers does this not mean that the second judge if fact gave him 3 years in prison for damage to his own car? If so, in this Country that proclaims justice for all, is there anyway that this man might have some justice of any kind done for him....
