Can you have someone charged with spousal abuse, sexual abuse and emotional abuse if there is no evidence? her word against mine. and if you can, can you have someone charged after the event? even years later?
how do you prove abuse if there are no bruises etc?

Read Spousal abuse under criminal law or family law on FreeAdvice.com right away.

If charges are first brought years later it sounds bogus, and the statute of limitations may have run too.
