georgia-
i own a laundry business. we had a contract with a retirement home to handle all of their laundry needs. under our agreement, on thursday of each week, we pick up their dirty laundry and deliver clean laundry. the retirement home was sold to a different retirement home. we continued to come each week to pick up and deliver laundry for the establishment. one month later, we sent a bill to the retirement home. they refuse to pay saying that they had no contract with us. if we were to sue them, would we win?

The new owners of the retirement home also bought the contracts. If you were not notified to cancel the contract, the contract is still valid. You will win when you sue.
