we lived in new york when we divorced,she has custody.she moved to PA. Does she have to bring children to me and must I pay for gas? what r my rights? also, i have lost my job and am only working on a day to day basis doing odd jobs, what are my rights on child support? :confused:

what does the current visitation order say?

You are on the hook for the CS payments so you need to get the employment angle fixed, that should not affect your visitation rights though.
