i have read the penal code sections on search warrants. i was arrested and property was seized. ihave obtained copies of my court files. the search warrant and return of were not filed until 5 days after i was arrested, also there is no court seals on any documents. i am told that this is legal. is it?? is there any codes or statuates ect that defines search warrants or search and seisure better than the ca. penal code??
