Florida statutory rape

If when i was sixteen i conceived children with a 28 year old woman,but i was never aware of tehm till now 6 years later. what can be done? DNA test prove i am the father, however this is the first time i hear of them. Can i charge statutory rape? can i give up my parential rights?

It is not clear what you are trying to accomplish. Do you want visitation with your children? Do you want to charge with endangerment or are you just trying to seek future protection from this woman?
