My son is truly NOT an alcoholic...... But, everyone we have talked to says his court appointed attourney and the JUDGE are both alchoholics (we live in a very small town)
Hiw can I help my so?????? He's only 18.... He was giving some friends a ride home... We live in Kelso Wa... THANKS!!!!!!!

What was he arrested for -- DUI? If his attorney is incompetent he could ask for another one or appeal if he is convicted, but this is always difficult. Or you could hire a real competent attorney for him.
