i moved my belongings in to a storage facility about a month ago and in the process i made about $100.00 worth of damage to the property by hitting a small side post. I agreed to pay the damage however the facility will not allow me to have access my property until all damage is paid in full even though i have paid my regular storage bill up to two months in advance. My question is it legal for the to not allow me to have access to my property even though my storage bill itself is paid?
