If a buyer purchases a vehicle and falsifies or omit's information on his/her loan application of previous bankruptcies, repossesions or judgements, whether knowingly or not, what recourse does the finance company have? Another words, what action can be taken? Please note, this person has good credit standing now and is paying on the contract by it's terms.

I would assume the creditor ran a full credit check and felt the missing info was not important. It also depends when the bankruptcies, etc. happened. If it was over 7 years ago, that information would have no bearing on the credit application.
