texas. i entered into an unambiguous verbal contract, agreed in person with a handshake, to sell a vehicle. agreement witnessed by buyer's wife and son. discussed 24 hours later with buyer by phone, no doubt as to both parties' sincerety to complete the transaction. after another 24 hours buyer says he cannot complete transaction due to the fact that his offer (made on e-bay) for another vehicle was accepted and he is bound to that transaction. buyer claims to have had the cashiers' check already made out for purchase of my vehicle.
