Had a daughter 8 1/2 years ago, bio father never knew and still doesn't - I dont even know where he is. She had my maiden name on her birth certificate and no name in the father section. Started dating a man when she was 2 1/2 - he's been daddy ever since. We are now married with a 1 year old son. I want to change her name to our married name without involving the bio father - its been so long. What do I do to get her name changed to ours? Thanks for the help.
