Im in the state of florida, i have a permadant coustady order from the state of pa that gives me sole coustady.my boyfriend skip state in the middle of our court battle with my daughter an failed to appear and i got coustady. he fled to fla with my daughter befor this was granted. i pursude him to fla. found him a year later an got my daughter back he files a restraining order and a temp order was issued to him for 6 months they have expired as of this day. so the holiday is here and he has brought her to me for the holiday. who has legal custady ?sence his temp order expriered is my permandant sole custady still valid?
