My aunt(1) purchased a small business from another aunt(2). Aunt(1) has been requesting a copy of the contract since signing.
Aunt(2) for some reason does not want to give aunt(1) a copy of the contract. Aunt(2) suggest to obtain a unsigned copy of the contract from me(author of contract). Is it necessary that aunt(1) to have a copy of the contract to be binding? Can aunt(1) suspend her monthly payments until she receives a copy of the contract?

My response: you are practicing law without a license. Before you get into more hot water, demand that aunt #1 hire an attorney before things get worse.
