I am a sole proprietor in Georgia. I would like to sell my merchandise to the local gift shops. Is there a form or contract that protects me after the sale? I make candles in glass and do not want to be liable if the store breaks the glass and wants a refund.

There is a form you can use called a warranty disclaimer form. It states the warranties of the merchandise(or lack thereof) you wish to sell. In the retail business I am in, our receipts usually show the warranties available. This would avoid having to draft a signed contract. It would simply state the policies regarding refunds, exchanges, etc..in small lettering.
