I noticed that the concentration of diverse students in my daughters class was much larger than other classes. Called and met the principle. Without any supporting documents, he noted that her class was an experiment.

Can an elementry school run experimental class (grouping the racailly and culturally diverse students in one class) without informing the parents?

What is our right in getting the outcome?

What material is needed to identify the legitiamcy of such action?

Am I correct in assuming that you think exposing your child to different cultures is a BAD thing and that your permission somehow should have been sought first?

The answer to your question is that, yes, a school can do this.

This is a GOOD thing.....
