I recently had my oil changed at wal-mart, and in the process of cleaning the inside of my car they found something they thought was "drug equipment", which was a metal rod with some black stuff on it. Wal-mart called the cops and they came out and took it and tested it, which came up negative. Does wal-mart have a right to do this?
