does anyone know the virginia laws regarding how long it has to be from a dui arrest until a trial takes place? therefore if it is past the legal time, the case is dismissed. Is it 30 days?

I live in Pa.,and it took about 14 months to get my case to a court room. It takes more than 30 days just to do the paperwork!! You can rest assured they didnt forget about you.
