I am a contractor, and we performed a job for a gentleman requiring up to retro fit a new portion of building to old one. we completed the job, and everything was fine. 2 weeks later it rained, and we went to check out what was wrong. when we got there they would not let us make any repairs, unless we agree to replace the whole roof. where does that leave us? we was there to finish the punch list, and they refused to let us without agreeing to their new proposal.....
