I recently traded in my car to a dealer to purchase a new vehicle. A week after I bought it, the dealer called me and said that the car I had traded in was looked up on carfax and had a salvage title and much more mileage than i had sold it for 4 YEARS ago! When I bought the car it had a clean title, and when I traded it in it had a clean title. The dealer is telling me that I have to pay him back what he paid me for the car. As for as I know I do not have any legal obligation....should I be concerned?
