I had entered a contract which was broken when I did not receive 3 consecutive 12 hour shifts
in a row per week. Do I have to lodge a formal complaint along with a written notice. Can't I just
inform the person with whom I entered the contract that I no longer wish to continue with the
contract or do I have to allow this company the right to fix the breach of contract?
