i am in the process of starting an internet business. i presently live in puerto rico because my husband is in the navy. since i will be moving every few years, can i just register my business in my home state of texas? if not how hard is it to change as needed? any advise on this issue or any others related to starting my own business would be greatly appreciated. i am in the beginning stages and any knowledge i can get would be helpful. thanks and have a wonderful day!!

You will probably need a new business license each time you move. You can not simply register it in Texas. You can get your business license at the city or county or other local administrative building for your area.
