I recently received a DWI in Brighton, NY. It registered at .12.
My driving record is clean and I am 24 years old. The officer said it will most likely cost me 300 dollars and it would be reduced to a traffic violation. What do you think?

A D.U.I., is a traffic violation.....it wont be reduced to what it already is.And in the end......it's gonna cost you a crap-load more than $300. Your looking at something more along the lines of $2500 to $3000.
