Oregon-I have been in a diversion program that was scheduled for 8wks. and have been in for 15 wks. now. They say I have to stay because my UA results were coming up dilute and at their facility that is the same as a positive. No where in any of my contract agreements with them or in their hand book does it discuss a dilute being a positive and there for resulting in a longer stay. My question is can I inform them that I will no longer be continuing with them because of the fact that I didn't sign or agree to these terms. please help!
