In general, our HOA meets once a month.
Many of the members of the Association cannot and do not attend the meetings because of the smoking.
I was a member of the board, but I stopped attending the meetings because of the smoking.
I asked the board members to invoke a non-smoking rule while the meetings were in progress, but they refused, since they all smoke.
I would like the building to be a non-smoking environment, so that all the HOA members can attend the meetings.
What are your suggestions?
I'm willing to do what it legally takes to stop the smoking.

I'm not a lawyer but am having association problems myself. So far it appears, Majority win's, Minority has no options! Be glad they dont all vote to make you start smoking or they'll place a lien on your home.
