I am in Texas and did not finish my probation. Apparently, a warrant has been issued for my arrest. I don't think I had deferred adjudication, so I doubt I'll have to serve the whole sentence, however, what should I expect... lengthy jail time, a walk-through, or the completion of my probation?

I'm assuming your probation was for 1st offense dwi? If so, I'd say less than a week. If you were on probation for anything else, please let us know.

I dont know TEXAS law,but here in Pennsylvania......a probation skip,is a probation skip,by any other name....a probation skip.
In my state your going to jail for the skip, then for the violation, then for the penalty of why you got caught, then for fleeing arrest, and leaving the state.........the violation counter is off the charts in this one.....in MY state(I reitterate Pennsylvania),you can expect no less than 5 years for it
